The Hybrid bike is great because it can perform on different terrains (street, towpaths) and it's comfortable riding for exercise or family rides.  Hybrid bikes are perfect for rides on the 60 mile canal towpath that passes through Yardley, Washington Crossing, New Hope.  These bikes will also perform well on some of the shorter listed rides on our website.  Some hybrids are built for speed, some for comfort, some for both.  Over the years, we have watched many cyclists start with a Hybrid bike and eventually move onto Road bikes when they want to go "a bit further.
